The indigene of Kogi state is widely known for his co-hosting duties of MTN Project Fame. His foray into acting started way earlier than that. Joseph Benjamin made his debut on TV by appearing on the kiddies favourite ''.
His movie debut soon followed with his role as a homeless child in the 2993 movie Crossroads. Joseph Benjamin however hit it big time with his role in 'Tango With Me' where he played alongside Nollywood superstar Genevieve Nnaji in 2011.
Since then he has gone on to star in several top movies. In 2012 he won the award for African Actor of the Year award at the 2012 African Film Awards.

Joseph Benjamin is also a model and musician. Currently single he recently separated from his wife who he had two kids with.
