On August 9, Pulse reported that Nigerian reggae icon Majek Fashek has been admitted into rehab because of his long battle with drug addiction.

Fashek's move to rehabilitation facility in Abuja was sponsored by Warri oil baron Ayiri Emami. The rehabilitation process is being monitored by specialists who were flown into the country on his behalf by the Warri moneybag. The name of the rehab is Synapse Services- Centre For Psychological Medicine.

Now pictures have surfaced of Majek Fashek in the rehabilitation centre. In the several pictures the reggae act looks better and healthier after a few weeks of rehab. In three of the pictures, Fashek is with Monica Omorodion Swaida, his former backup singer who was raising funds for rehab.

Deji Square, who is also in the pictures thanked Monica Omorodion Swaida for all her efforts in getting Majek Fashek better.
