According to Linda Ikeji's Blog, this happened at the office of the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni.
“So Wizkid and I met with the Commissioner of Police today and when the Commissioner asked me what I wanted them to do with the case...I told him that I wanted peace.”
The fans have aired their views on Twitter concerning the drama, most commenting about Ikeji's role in the matter.

The beef between the two started when Linda Ikeji's Blog reported a news concerning Wizkid being shown out of his Lekki rent after it had expired.
This supposedly angered the pop singer, who made hostile remarks about Ikeji.
