There's good news at the Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas! Doctors have confirmed that Lamar Odom will survive his near death experience but it will be a long rough road to recovery. However, Khloe Kardashian has decided to stay by his side through it all.

According to TMZ, the NBA star's friends and family have been told that rehabilitation will be vital but will take many months. Doctors also revealed that undetermined amount of damage to his body will be permanent.

However the former LA Lakers star will get physical, speech and other therapists to work with him for the foreseeable future.

Sources tell TMZ that Khloe has vowed to stay with him through the entire ordeal and that includes all therapy. As we reported,  the reality star has kept a constant vigil by Lamar's bedside so far and she is determined to see this through.

Despite their divorce being finalized, a judge is still expected to sign the final paper in 2-4 months. Khloe is yet to say something about her intentions with Lamar,  or how her decisions might impact her relationship with current boyfriend, James Harden.
