A 17-year-old girl named Chelsea Clark is seeking a restraining order on the grounds that Jenner has been harassing her over the last three years.

A 17-year-old girl named Chelsea Clark is seeking a restraining order on the grounds that Jenner has been harassing her over the last three years. Jenner used to date Smith, but Clark claims he actually wanted to be in a relationship with her, allegedly leading Jenner to embark on a major feud.

Clark also claims she received threatening social media messages and phone calls from Jenner. In one of them, Jenner supposedly warned, "Leave my boyfriend alone cause you will never be like me."

Clark alleges Jenner declared “war” and had people follow her, and further accuses the reality star of being indirectly behind a car accident that left her with a back injury.

It’s not clear when or where the crash supposedly took place. It’s also not known if she and Smith actually had any connection whatsoever, as he’s currently dating a different woman named Sarah Snyder.

But Jenner's rep tells TMZ that they’ve “never heard” of Clark, whose initial request for a temporary stay-away order was denied. She was expected to bring in the allegedly threatening messages to court on Monday, September 21 and didn’t show. Now a hearing is set for October 9.
