Kim Kardashian stepped out just one day before news broke that she's pregnant again

Kim Kardashian has made her first public appearance since announcing she and husband Kanye West are expecting their second child in a teaser of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' released on May 31.

The 34-year-old star stepped out in New York City on Saturday, May 30, just a day before she dropped the baby news. She was seen arriving in Manhattan, making a stop at the luxe apartment she keeps in Soho.

The mother to 23-month-old daughter North West has done an impressive job of keeping her second child a secret. She dressed in head-to-toe gray on Saturday, wearing a voluminous Celine coat that hid any hint of a baby bump that could be seen in her figure-hugging outfit.

The 'Selfish' author did receive a few well-wishes on Sunday night, as her longtime friend Jonathan Cheban , "Congrats Kim!!! Baby #2!!!" while fans predicted that the next Kardashian-West child will bear the name of South West.

After struggling to get pregnant for months, Kardashian reportedly finally had success, "I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!" She tweeted her big news.
