Kim Kardashian was insulted on Sunday night [November 29] by a user who referred to her as a 'fat b**ch!"

During the latest episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians.' the reality star, who is expecting her second child in a matter of weeks, was filed eating crab claws and sugary beignets in New Orleans, she later flew to Paris where she satisfied her pregnancy cravings by feasting on her favorite cheesecake.

And Kim's fans were quick to rally around her, with one tweeting: "She's pregnant - she can eat whatever she wants!"

In the same episode Kris Jenner is seen branding her expectant daughter a "closet eater" for bringing on her favorite sugary snacks. "Do you remember what happened the last time you got all stressed out and you were eating sugary stuff?"

To which Kim responded: "I am way skinnier than last time. I am way healthier than last time."

Not holding her tongue, she said: "You know what you are? You're like a closet eater. You need an ankle bracelet."
