Reality star shares 1st photo with Dream Kardashian

Meanwhile, on Monday, February 27, 2017, Kim shared a series of cute selfies with her son, Saint West.

"The Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star treated fans to some throwback photos of 'Sainty' sitting in his high chair and glaring at the lens.

The shot shows Saint looking less than impressed at the selfie session.
