The reality star was spotted visiting a cosmetic dermatology clinic in Los Angeles [March 17] as photographers scrambled to get photos of her visible cleavage underneath a tight fitted black gown.
But what took the attention was the hand of a man placed on top of her famous body asset… her butt!

The mother-of-one was being ushered back into her car by her best friend, Jonathan Cheban and didn’t seem to bother when the PR guru landed his hand on her behind.
Instead, the 35-year-old flashed a look at her ample cleavage as she lent over to adjust the hem of her midi-length dress, narrowly escaping a wardrobe malfunction.
