Reality stars to trademark their 1st names

Kendall and Kylie do not want anyone to use their names for any business because they own it!

Except you are Kendall and Kylie Jenner, you can't use both names as your first names for any business.

According to gossip site, TMZ, the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' stars have filed an application [in March] to trademark their first names to 'entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture.'

The site adds that Kylie also wants to mark her territory for personal appearances "by a celebrity, actress and model."

Jenner's laywers claim they could pounce on anyone who theoretically uses the name 'Kylie' with a different font, stating that's when the name creates confusion among consumers.
