Contrary to the rumours that rapper, Kanye West has been involved in some piracy situation when it was alleged that he has been stealing songs and software off the internet, the rapper has come out to say it was all a joke.

A source from his camp admitted this saying, "Ye was in the studio Tuesday and thought it'd be funny to send out the pic. He's well aware 'TLOP' has been pirated more than 500k times, and while he'd never steal music ... he knew the Internet would have a field day."

The trick in the trolling was posting a picture of a desktop monitor with a song by Sufjan Stevens, and opening sites visited for illegal downloading.

An evidence pointing to the fact that the idea was invented is that the monitor from which the post was shared is a Samsung, but Kanye is known to use a Mac laptop.

Also, Kris Jenner also commented on an interview with Ellen DeGeneres that the rapper is wrecking the family brand with his new behaviour.
