Hugo Hesny, a security guard for singer, Justin Bieber, has bagged a 45 days jail term for jacking a camera from a Jason Winslow, a photographer in 2014.
According to multiple reports, Hesny, who police said admitted taking a camera from a photographer has been ordered to serve 45 days in jail.
The 33-years old bodyguard was indicted in March 2014 on felony charges of robbery and entering a vehicle in connection with the episode in the Atlanta suburb of Sandy Springs last year. Hesny pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct under a deal reached with prosecutors, according to court records.
The case which held at the Fulton County, had Superior Court Judge, Ural Glanville ordering Hesny to serve 45 days in jail and 22 months and 15 days on probation, as well as to perform 200 hours of community service.
Hesny was sentenced under Georgia’s first offender statute, meaning it won’t appear as a conviction in his criminal history once he completes the terms of his sentence.
