Hugo Hesny was charged with robbery and copped a plea in his case to reduce his sentence to just 45 days.
Hugo got busted in June 2013 for reportedly attacking a photo reporter in Miami and then, for allegedly attacking a policeman in Florida in December 2013.
Hugo is believed to have gotten Bieber into all kinds of trouble in 2013-14. He was with the singer a lot during the time he went off the rails.
