According to the new legal documents obtained by ,Jeff Schwartz has filed a lawsuit against the 21-year-old, accusing his minders of subjecting him to an anti-Semitic tirade.
According to the victim, the fracas occurred months even before the infamous egging incident, in which the Canadian popstar pelted his house in January 2014.
Bieber had pleaded no contest to the vandalism charges and was put on probation, and was also forced to shell out $80,000 for repairs.
In the recent lawsuit, Mr Schwartz is demanding compensation for the emotional distress adding that both he and his wife suffered at the hands of the singer and his entourage.
The Biebs is yet to make a comment.
