Actor's daughter shows support amidst domestic violence allegations

The 17-year-old model took to her Instagram page on Sunday, May 29, 2016, to share a throwback photo of herself and Depp, along with the sweetest caption.

Sharing the photo which showed the actor holding on to her hands as a baby, while she tried to walk, Lilly-Rose commented:

“My dad is the sweetest most loving person I know. He’s been nothing but a wonderful father to my little brother and I, and everyone who knows him would say the same.”

Even as things get messier for Depp with what Heard's domestic violence reports and the retraining order, Lily-Rose's post comes a tiny light in a dark tunnel.

Lily Rose is the daughter Depp shares with ex Vanessa Paradis, as well as a son, Jack, 14, after dating from 1998- 2012, and Paradis has also shown where her loyalty stands as she has vouched for the 52-year-old actor.

In a letter reportedly obtained by TMZ, Paradis, 43, wrote:

“In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man that I lived with for 14 wonderful years.”

Heard filed for divorce from Depp on May 23, 2016, after they got married in February 2015, on the actor's own private island in the Bahamas.
