We earlier reported that in April, the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star smuggled his Yorkshire Terriers (dogs) into Australia on trip to shoot a movie.
But he got into trouble with the Minister of Agriculture, Barnaby Joyce, when he was ordered to take the dogs out within 50 hours else they would be euthanized.
Reports claim the actor were immediately transported out but the actor is now being told that if this incident heads to court, he can face up to 10 years in prison and pay a fine of $265,000.
