American music couple, Jay Z and Beyoncé, attended a boxing match in Thailand where they are currently vacationing.

The couple on the night of Monday, December 29, went to a Muay Thai fight at the Patong Boxing Stadium in Phuket where the couple sat ringside.

Muay Thai is a national sport in Thailand, described as a physical and mental discipline which allows fighters to execute a combination of strikes using the fists, elbows, knees and shins.

The couple was the centre of attraction as Jay Z got into the ring at one point to pose for a snap with one of the fighters who was delighted in meeting the American rapper.

Many who attended the fight were thrilled the couple and took to Twitters to share their experiences at the fight.

The couple along with their daughter dashed into Thailand to continue their Christmas holidays, just after celebrating Jay’s birthday in Iceland.
