Well the rapper's ex-boyfriend claims they are getting divorced but she says they are not married or didn't realise they were even married.
Hefe Wine – who last month claimed to have a sex tape of Iggy – has filed for divorce from the 24-year-old-rapper insisting they "agreed to be married" after living together in Texas for so many years... Still confused?
According to reports, the law in Texas states that a man and a woman can be considered legally married if they live together in the state for any period of time and agree to tie the knot.
Wine claims they agreed to be married before they began living together in the State of Texas on or about September 2008, TMZ reports.
However, Iggy's representative told the gossip website that she has never agreed to marry him and he is just after a payday a.k.a her money!
The pair have been in a dispute about the music she wrote when they were still a couple and should the judge recognise their marriage then Hefe will be entitled to half of everything accumulated during that time. Ouch!
Meanwhile, a close source to Iggy told The Mirror: "It's disappointing that this thief, felon and fugitive is continuing to use the media to attack Iggy as part of his desperate and despicable attempt to keep himself in the press.
“Iggy's federal court complaint froze Mr. Williams' ability to trade on her fame by profiting from music he stole from her, so he has resorted to elevating his predatory relationship with a 17 year old girl into a sham “marriage” claim unsupported by any certificate or evidence," the source conclude.
According to the site, Iggy recently filed a lawsuit against Hefe, accusing him of illegally downloading the entire contents of her personal computer while they were living together in Atlanta, Georgia in 2009.
Iggy is currently dating LA Lakers basketball player Nick Young for a year.
