According to reports the 'Iron Man' actress and music star beau have signed the papers and the divorce is a done deal but they now need a judge to sign the paperwork. That will take place later on Monday, April 27.
Sources close to the couple say both stars have been using their business manager to come out with a settlement agreement which involves both properties and custody of their kids.
Terms of the deal will not be revealed because its all part of a confident settlement but it's speculated its amicable and that they'll share joint custody of their two children.
