"Gavin is now demanding more than half of her fortune,” an insider tells Radar Online of the couple, who allegedly did not have a prenup.
"He has complained that while Gwen was launching her successful clothing line, continuing her music career and expanding her brand by appearing as a judge on The Voice, he stayed home with their sons," the source adds.

The insider also reveals that the rockstar is prepared to make the 45-year-old singer's life miserable if she doesn't pay up. “Gavin is even threatening to go to trial if he isn’t given a chunk of Gwen’s fortune. And he will ask for child and spousal support as well," the insider claims.
Gwen and Rossdale who share three boys Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 19 months — have vastly different net worths. Gwen is estimated to be worth between $80-$100 million while Gavin's, 49, is estimated at $35 million.

"Gwen is furious because at the outset of the divorce, Gavin said he wouldn’t go after her money. She is just kicking herself for not getting a prenup," the source shares.
However, "Gwen isn’t just going to hand over a huge check to Gavin," the source explains. "She has worked very hard for her money."
