Mavins' boss unveils label's Chief Digital Officer

Mavins boss, Don Jazzy has activated the digital arm of his entertainment company after unveiling the company's Chief Digital Officer, Tunji Afonja.

In an Instagram post captioned MAVIN ACTIVATED: Please welcome and follow the newest member to the Supreme Mavin Dynasty Bahd guy @theafricannerd who will serve as the C.D.O. ( Chief Digital Officer ), Don Jazzy revealed the newest member of the Mavin Records with a picture of himself and Afonja.

This is coming a full year after Afonja had consulted for the entertainment company and displayed his skill and knowledge of the digital world.

In a statement by the record company on Tuesday, April 21, 2015, "Tunji will now be in charge of Mavin Record's rapidly growing digital presence and will report directly to Mavin Records CEO Michael Collins Ajereh ( Don Jazzy)."

Speaking on the new addition, Don Jazzy said, 'I am thrilled that Tunji aka @theafricannerd will be joining our team. The digital space is an important focus as it is the front line of how we distribute our music and communicate with our amazing 5.5 million plus fans that connect with us on a daily basis. We are looking to take this distribution and communication to the next level with Tunji leading the way.'
