Rapper's child custody papers mailed to the wrong father

Reports say a different Earl Simmons (real name of DMX) from Massachusetts received documents in the mail from the Dept. of Revenue informing him he had to start paying child support to two of the real DMX's kids.

DMX was unable to perform for fans at Radio City Music Hall concert

The Florida Department of Revenue mistakenly mailed the wrong person documents meant for rapper DMX concerning papers of his child custody case.

Reports say a different Earl Simmons (real name of DMX) from Massachusetts received documents in the mail from the Dept. of Revenue informing him he had to start paying child support to two of the real DMX's kids.

According to DMX's baby mama, Yadira Borredo, she filled the documents to establish paternity with the state, so DMX can pay child support through the proper legal channels ... and avoid another jail stint. She says he already supports their kids, but it's been off the books.

Unfortunately, the result of her lawsuit was posted to the wrong guy! Apparently, the wrong DMX works in the biomedical field and does not do music. According to TMZ, he has two children but the State of Florida is now insisting he takes a DNA test to prove he's not the real daddy of DMX's kids.
