Singer's court case adjourned indefinitely

The court case between the DB Records boss and Mindhub Technologies has been adjourned indefinitely due to striking judiciary staff.

D’banj  is certainly going to breathe free air, for now, as he won’t be appearing in court today.

The court case between the DB Records boss and Mindhub Technologies bearing suit number: LD/ADR/445/14 scheduled to commence hearing on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Multi-door Courthouse in Obalende, Lagos, has been adjourned indefinitely.

The postponement of proceedings in the case is coming on the heels of the on-going strike by the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) which is over 3 weeks old now.

The on-going strike by judicial workers necessitated the adjournment of the case as the strike has paralysed activities and court rooms remain closed.

A new date will be announced once judicial workers call off the strike.
