Media entrepreneur nominated as a commissioner in Ogun state

If all goes right, Dayo Adeneye will be a commissioner in Ogun state.

Media entrepreneur Dayo ‘D1’ Adeneye has been nominated as a commissioner in the state of Ogun. This was revealed yesterday, October 22.

At a plenary session at the Ogun state House of Assembly, Rt.Hon. Surajudeen Ishola Adekunbi read a letter from Governor Ibikunle Amosun. In the letter were the names of five additional commissioner nominees. Dayo Adeneye’s name was on the list.

The nominees will be screened today (October 23) at 11am.

D1 was appointed by Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun in January as part of the Media and Publicity Committee for Governor Amosun's second term project.

Dayo 'D1' Adeneye who is the co-owner of Kennis Music contested for Ogun State House of Assembly in 2014 however lost the election at the primaries.
