Davido's fandom hits cult status as a fan tattoos his face on his chest.

Nigerian pop superstar Davido must have super fans.

The O.B.O singer shared a picture yesterday (October 18) of a fan who has massive tattoo of him on his chest. The Davido fan has a tattoo of the pop star's face on his chest including his famous HKN chain.

"SHOUT OUT AWON FANS MI!!! FOR THE LOVE OF DAVIDO! FIND THIS GUY FOR ME" wrote Davido in the caption of the picture.

Fans getting tattoos of Nigerian pop stars is slowly on the rise. In June this year, a fan of pop singer Sean Tizzle tattooed the artistes name on his wrist.

Last year a Kenyan fan tattooed Ice Prince's name on her arm. Also, May D's girlfriend has two tattoos of him.

Last week Davido gave a fan a Mac Book laptop on Twitter. He also promised to fund the education of a young male street hawker.

A Twitter user @_Bakano_ tweeted to Davido about a little boy who sells on the streets and cannot afford to go to school.
