Chris Brown is at war with popular US gossip site TMZ one more time!

The pop star took to Twitter early Tuesday morning, November 3 to confront the popular entertainment site after he was hinted they were about to publish a 'nasty' story about him on their platform.

According to the site, the "Liquor' singer has got his family and friends worried over his continuous consumption and apparent addiction to sizzurp!

In a picture uploaded on the site of Chris and some friends taken over the weekend at an L.A pumpkin patch where Chris took his daughter, Royalty, to buy a pumpkin; Chris is seen sitting on a bale of hay with a double-stacked red cup at his feet. Right behind him there's another double cup. (the site is claiming sizzurp was in them)

The site further claims the problem has been getting worse over the last few weeks and say he's drinking sizzurp around Royalty and they're worried he could lose custody of his only child. During Chris' custody battle  with Nia Guzman, he tested positive for codeine, but the judge gave him a pass because Chris had a prescription, the site adds.

However, Brown replied them saying he's focused on getting his album out, getting himself out of arms way and trying to be great dad and has no time to deal with negative press.

In September Brown called TMZ boss, Harvey Levin "a devil" in anry Instagram post which he later deleted. In February, the sitebroke the news that the singer had fathered a love child outside his relationship with longtime girlfriend Karrueche Tran -- a reports which ended their relationship!
