TMZ reports saysa neighbourshot a video of Brown with his friend, each on an ATV, driving at a high rate of speed in the neighbourhood.

The video is now in the possession of LAPD, and sent over to the L.A. City Attorney for possible criminal prosecution for disturbing the peace of the neigbourhood.

Meanwhile, sometime last week the neighbors got angry with the ear-shattering noise the ATVs were making - as well as the kids who were playing in the street. Someone confronted Brown and threatened to call the cops if he didn't stop. But Brown responded, "F*** you and f*** the cops."
