Celebrity chef is a year older

Popular Nigerian chef extraordinaire, Chef Fregz with the dimples is a year older today

Nigerian celebrity chef, Chef Fregzis a year older today February 25, 2015.

Oritsegbugbemi Fregene is one of the young Nigerians who have made culitery art cool in Nigeria. He graduated with a degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Covenant University .

He begun a small barbeque and mini catering service called DVARD and then moved to Paris where he recieved a diploma in Cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.

The Sous chef has catered at weddings, birthdays and several notable events in Lagos and holds a monthly special called 'Chef Fregz Special' .He also writes a cuisine column for Bella Naija.

The Samsung ambassador chef who unwinds by eating jollof rice and watching The Big Bang Theory shared an old photo of himself on Instagram attached with a letter to his 5-year-old self saying :

"Dear 5 year Old Gbubemi,Mehn.... you know how you couldnt wait to grwo up and be free from what seemed like Mummy's constant flogging, all that school, homework ugh seemed like the worstBut man... you had it good... This grown up life is such a scam. I know you would say "but youre a boss now... youve hmmared and what not"But mehn still hard.... But you know what Young Gbubs... im ao glad you went to church with Mummy and had that God touch. Thats what has helped a whole lot. Infact has been everything.Im really working hard on this fiftfam life i wont fall your hand. I thank God for allowing me to be able to write this to you. And dont worry Life as hard as it is i have had some really awesome moments. This whole Chef Fregz of a thing dey sweet well well.May i keep writing more letters filled with Good news for a really long time!
