"Stop paying, your screwed.." Actor's sex partners threaten over HIV status

Sheen is reportedly on the brink of a legal fight with the people he claims shook him down for millions, a fact he revealed during his interview with host, Matt Lauer, on the Todays show earlier this week.

Hollywood actor, Charlie Sheen, predictably has a lot on his plate and now, his HIV status being the least of his problems as previous sex partners have brought on the threats.

Sheen is reportedly on the brink of a legal fight with the people he claims shook him down for millions, a fact he revealed during his interview with host, Matt Lauer, on the Todays show earlier this week.

The 50-yr-old had revealed during the show that some of his sex partners threatened to expose his HIV status unless he paid them huge amounts of money.

Surprisingly, several lawyers who represent some of the sex partners revealed to TMZ that their clients had not shaken Sheen down and that the settlements were all very legal.

TMZ reports that the settlements were structured in installments over a period of years, although Sheen insists, even during the interview that he was done paying anyone since his secret was finally out.

The lawyers for the sex partners have revealed that, if Sheen stops paying they will go after him with a vengeance.

They also say, under the settlements, if Sheen misses an installment the entire sum becomes due immediately.

These sex partners are now being seen and referred to as victims, people who didn't know they were having sex with someone with the HIV virus, with some even going as far as claiming that the actor had sex with them without protection.

Sheen had insisted during his interview that he had had unprotected sex since he discovered his status 4 years ago, with only two women who he said knew at the time about his HIV status.

All the same, two of Sheen's exs, Bree Olsen and Denise Richards, have revealed that they are HIV negative but that leaves a long list of porn stars, prostitutes and the like with questionable health statuses.
