Radar online reports, Sheen has cut off his seven-year-old twins from his health insurance plan, and want to reduce his child support payment from $55,000 per month to $10,000 per month.
Brooke, who won't accept this plan claims she has been battling with the actor for months over their twins medical expenses.
She further claims, Sheen’s intention is to declare a distorted financial document to the court with the aim of cutting down expenses related to his boys Bob and Max.
“It seems like he’ll stop at nothing to better his own bottom line," said Mueller.
In March 2011, a judge ordered their two sons removed from the actor's home after Mueller obtained a stay-away order against Sheen, claiming he had threatened her.
Details of the medical condition of Bob and Max was not disclosed by Mueller to protect their privacy.
Last November, Sheen acknowledged he had been diagnosed with HIV-positive four years earlier and was being extorted for more than $10 million to keep that information secret.
