Over 20 years in the industry, the scriptwriter, producer, director, festival director and programmer has remained very relevant and if you like indispensable. An ex-president of the Directors Guild of Nigeria, Duker founded the Abuja International Film Festival. In his kitty are over 35 movies that include Blood Brothers, King of Money, Nemesis, Scandals, Destined to die, Monica Lewinsky, Pure Love, Doctor Death, Rejected, Hot Passion, Night Nurses and Images.
Djinee was born and bred in Nigeria after which he started music at home by partaking in the early morning ritual of listening to Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen and Kenny Rogers. Son to a chief priest, he was introduced to music at an early stage of his life. Rock and R n B took his interest not too long after but not satisfied, he delved into the electronic Media. He made his official debut professionally with the release of his debut hit single Ego that won him awards and which was followed by I no dey shame. In June 2009 He released the self titled album titled Djinee. He has gone ahead to release his second album while he currently works as an OAP in an Abuja based radio station.
