On Instagram today, Ejiofor wrote "Yayyyyy it's my bday. I thank God for bringing me this far, keeping me alive to see this day, and for the wonderful things he has done and will continue to do."

Today is also the birthday of popular Yoruba movie actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke (real names Ronke Ojo Anthony).
The Ondo state actress has also written her birthday message on her Instagram account.
"When I look back I know I have every reason to shout Hallelujah. God I thank you for everything were I'm coming from, were I am and the wonderful place you are taking me too HBD to me" she wrote.
