Born in Ajegunle in a family of 25, Oritsefemi is the third child of his mother and hails from Delta state.
After his primary and secondary education he applied to study Law at Delta State University but didn’t pursue it because of his interest in music.

Oritsefemi attended a music school in Ajegunle owned by Johnny Napp. The famous school helped groom Ajegunle music stars such as Baba Fryo, Daddy Showkey and Daddy Fresh.
The singer was in a group before striking out solo. He has seven albums to his credit, the latest being ''.
