Daddy Freeze, CDQ add another year
Freeze and CDQ are one year older today May 6 and both haven't stopped contributing a huge part into Nigeria's entertainment industry.

'Daddy Freeze' as he's fondly called is an ace broadcaster and a famous On Air Personality with the popular radio station Cool 96.9FM (since 2001) and hosts one of the hottest radio shows, 'The Drive Show'.
He hails from Osun State but is partly from Romania thanks to his mother. Despite been born out of Nigeria, he grew up in Ibadan and attended the University of Ibadan where he finished with a Sociology degree.
He began broadcasting in 1996 while in Romania for vacation and has since been in the business for more than 15 years. He says, ''broadcasting is no longer a job, It's what I do''. His first job was at BCOS Ibadan in same year where he earned N1,500.
He has interviewed international acts like, Wyclef Jean, Boyz II Men, Akon, Sean Paul, Angie Stone, SWV and many more. The controversial OAP recently announced he's separated from wife with whome he shared two kids.
Another celebrity adding one more year is Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf popularly known as CDQ. He is a hip hop rap artiste, who spits out his rap lines in Yoruba language.
CDQ began music in 2001 and is inspired by the late Dagrin. He's referred to as the rapper version of 9ice inculcating deep Yoruba proverbs and idioms to his lyrics.
In 2012, he emerged the winner of a rap-battle at the popular Industry night show Dec, 2012 and organized his first concert while in school with the late Dagrin who was in attendance, as well as M.I, Jesse Jagz, Dj Jimmy Jatt and Wizkid.
