Celebrity Birthday D’Prince, Okey Bakassi are a year older

Today is the birthday of Mavin Records act D’Prince.

D’Prince (Charles Enebeli) is the brother of Mavin Records CEO Don Jazzy.

D’Prince started off as a member of the Mo’ Hits crew. He released his first set of singles in 2010, with ‘Omoba’ help establish him as a solo artiste.

D’prince did not release his debut album ‘Frenzy’ until 2012 under Mavin Records after the split of Mo’ Hits.

Today is also the birthday of veteran comedian Okey Bakassi.

Okechukwu Anthony Onyebgbule is the first son of five children. He attended Alvan Ikoku Demonstration School, and secondary education at, Mbaise Secondary School, in Imo State. He studied Agricultural Science at Rivers State University of Science and Technology.

He has been in the comedy business for close to 20 years and is regarded as a prominent veteran of the stand-up comedy scene.
