Singer advises fan to drop out of school, chase his dreams

The singer advised the fan who tweeted at the him yesterday, June 4, 2016, asking for money to pay for his school fees, to drop out of school.

 

Brymo has caused a stir with his epic reply to a fan who begged him for money to pay his school fees on Twitter.

The Twitter user had asked for the sum of N65,000, only to have Brymo respond, telling him to drop out and chase his dreams, as he had done.

Brymo replied:

"School is not for everyone. Just drop out and chase your dreams, it's what i did."

Brymo further buttressed his point about misplaced priorities and the societies expectations that ultimately lead to pretense.

Of course, Brymo's response got mixed reactions as is expected, seeing as chasing one's dreams is a great thing but at what cost?

Some fans where quick to point out that the singer should not have responded in that manner, while others applauded his blunt reply, adding that he had only spoken the truth.
