One of Kristina's family members is trying to sell out photos of Whitney Houston's dying daughter to websites and magazines while she fights for her life at hospice.

Bobby Brown leaves Bobbi Kristina's sick bed in teary eyes

Bobby Brown says his family will face anyone in court who's trying to sell photos of his daughter, Bobbi Kristina while in hospice.

We earlier reported that one of Kristina's family members was trying to sell out photos of Whitney Houston's dying daughter to websites and magazines last week. But US gossip site, TMZ turned down the offer but made it clear that they are sure others might take it.

Brown was caught up by a paparazzi at the Los Angeles airport on June 5 and asked if he knew the culprit. He responded, ''No''.

When asked what if he agreed with his sister's , he replied, ''just looking to get justice.''

Brown is so sure both the Houston and Brown families will not tolerate anyone trying to make money off pictures of his 21-year-old baby girl, who is still fighting for her life at a private medical facility in Atlanta.

Brown was spotted leaving Kristina's sick bed with a teary eye on June 28 and it  appears her  family has finally agreed to kiss her goodbye.
