Nick Gordon served $10M lawsuit on assault, theft charges

Nick Gordon has been sued for $10 million by the Bobbi Kristina's Estate on Wednesday, June 24 on charges of assault and robbery.

Kristina's alleged husband has been accused of physically abusing her as well as secretly transferring funds from her account into his including $11,000 after she fell into a coma in January 31 in Atlanta.

In the legal documents, Bobbi's conservator Bedelia Hargrove (who the court appointed in May as conservator over Bobbi Kristina's financial affairs) claims Gordon repeatedly beat her up and on one occasion dragged "her upstairs by her hair." He also allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth.

When she finally made up her mind to tell all to a close friend on January 31, she was found unconscious in her bathtub with multiple facial injuries, hence her predicament.

However, the lawsuit doesn't directly blame Gordon for those injuries, but it strongly hints at it and the police placed him as target in their investigation.
