Now barely 5 months after she passed away, the Georgia condo is said to be going for almost $500,000, going by property listing sites.

People magazine reports that, the condo had first been listed for sale two weeks ago for almost $470,000, but is yet to be sold.
Bobbi Kristina Brown, had passed away on July 26 2015 at the age of 22, after she was found unconscious and face down in her tub in January, this year.
