Singer's issues with 2face, Wizkid still ongoing

The dancehall singer chose to shift the attention of fans from the song theft drama to his new album titled "The Defender".

The 'Hardlife' crooner had accused 2face of stealing 'African queen' from him, claiming that he originally wrote the song, while also stating that Wizkid copied some of his old songs.

Speaking concerning the status of his misunderstanding with the pair, Blackface stated in a report published by Vanguard News on Saturday, August 20, 2016, that the issue would be resolved at the right time.

He expressed interest in maintaining silence on the matter for the time being.

“I don’t want to talk about those allegations anymore though they are not yet settled."

"Copyright will take care of itself at the right time. I’m not worried about issues right now.”

According to Vanguard, the singer, who has been away from the music scene for a long while, urged his fans to grab a copy of his new album titled "The Defender".
