Sometime this week, news broke of a husband violently beating his wife to death because she cheated on him. The video was too painful to watch as the man brutalized his wife.

Nollywood actress, the gorgeous Beverly Naya  who is a lead actress on new show 'Before 30' spoke exclusively to Pulse in an inteview today March 13,2015 and aired her strong condemnation against men who beat their wives.

"Any man who beats their wife is crazy. There is absolutely excuse for a man to beat his wife. If she was cheating the most you can do is divorce her. If I was  presiding judge on the case of the man who beat his wife to death, i'll sentence him to life in prison."

"Children should never have to see their parents quarrel, when this happens the male child will start to see his sister as a slave to be bossed around. Children should be shown nothing but love. If a couple wants to quarrel, do it when your children are not aware"  Beverly said

Some prominent Nigerian celebrities recently opened up ending their marriages due to domestic violence, such as Monalisa Chinda as well as Moji Olaiya.
