Late Amy Winehouse's ex husband Blake Fielder-Civil is claiming that her signature was forged on their divorce papers.

Blake, who was married to the late singer from 2007 to 2009 and held widely responsible for introducing her to hard drugs, claimed that Amy did not want their marriage to end and never signed the official documents.

In his interview with  newspaper Blake said: ''We spoke on the phone and she didn't want the divorce. A week later the papers were in front of me and it was clear it wasn't her signature.''

Now he says he's taking advice on how to deal with his claims legally. ''I am getting legal advice and considering getting a copy of my divorce paperwork so I can see again how wildly different Amy's signature was when she finally, reluctantly agreed to my divorce.''
