Talented South African rapper AKA who is one of the most popular rap acts out of Africa is currently hospitalized.

AKA who has a sizeable following over here in Nigeria shared a picture of him in a hospital in South Africa yesterday, May 31, 2015. The caption of the picture simply reads "Exhaustion."

The rapper is currently at Sandton Medi Clinic in Johannesburg. AKA has been busy on the road this year, hitting up several African countries such as Nigeria and Ghana.

His last album is about to hit gold status (500,000 copies sold) in South Africa. AKA is nominated in the Best International Act: Africa category alongside Nigeria's own Yemi Alade and Wizkid.
