Rapper to pay Rick Ross' babymama $7m over sex tape

The verdict discounts the bankruptcy claims by Jackson, who declared bankruptcy just three days after the jury hit him with an initial $5 million verdict for Leviston’s pain and suffering on July 10, 2015.

50 Cent claimed to have gone bankrupt but was instructed to pay Leviston a total of $7m

Jurors have delivered a $7 million verdict against Curtis Jackson aka undefined, Lastonia Leviston on Friday, July 24, 2015.

The verdict discounts the bankruptcy claims by Jackson, who declared bankruptcy just three days after the jury hit him with an initial $5 million verdict for Leviston’s pain and suffering on July 10, 2015.

Earlier in the week, the rapper had testified that all his riches—the gold chains, the Lamborghinis, Bentleys and Rolls Royces—are smoke and mirrors saying he borrowed the blings from jewelers and rented the cars from dealerships.

Jackson seems to have lost out in a case filed by Leviston, who sued the Grammy winner for putting her private sex video online as part of his rap war with rival Rick Ross. Leviston had a baby with Ross, but she made the film with another boyfriend who sold it to Jackson in 2009.

On Friday afternoon, after 90 minutes of deliberations, the six jurors gave Leviston another $2 million in punitive damagers to teach the G-Unit boss a lesson.

36-years old Leviston cried and laughed as the verdict was read saying 'Justice and vindication. I think that’s what was done today. I hope he learned a lesson, I hope he grows up.'
