Hip Hop mogul signs $78m deal with underwear company

50 Cent marks his first endorsement by aligning his brand to a male underwear company.

Rap star and Hip Hop entrepreneur 50 Cent has inked a deal with a male underwear company FRIGO Revolution Wear.

The G-Unit chief will promote the company's line of briefs that go for $100. 50 Cent announced the deal on Monday, December 15, 2014 via his Instagram account. He later went on the late night show 'Late Night With Seth Meyers', to talk about the briefs.

Curtis Jackson (50 Cent) admitted that the briefs were rather pricey but stated that women spend way much money on lingerie. "Women spend so much money on lingerie; it's the right project for men" he said.

FRIGO Revolution Wear has partnered with sportsmen Derek Jeter and Carmelo Anthony in the past. This is 50 Cent's first venture into the endorsement business.
