FG Postpones Schools’ Resumption To October

The outbreak of Ebola has led to a delay in the resumption of primary and secondary schools in the country.

The Federal Government has announced that secondary and primary schools around the country will be allowed to resume from October 13th.

The schools were closed indefinitely due to the outbreak of Ebola in the country in a bid to curb the spread of the disease.

The summer holidays were due to end in September and the students were expected to resume on the 22 of that month.

Ebola came into Nigeria in July after Liberian-American, Patrick Sawyer died of the disease in Lagos.
