One hundred and thirty thousand naira (N130,000) is up for grabs as the screening stage of War Of Words Season 4 (#WarOfWords4) kicks off.

i2X Media, organisers of WORD UP, the biggest Spoken Word Poetry Event in Nigeria, have released the guidelines for Season 4.
Entrants are expected to submit "an original poem" that is in English and/or pidgin English as "a video entry" on the theme: What Is Left of What is Right ?
With a total prize money of 130,000 naira and other fringe benefits up for grabs, entrants have a lot to look forward to.
"N100,000 for the winner, N20,000 for the 1st runner up and N10,000 for the 2nd runner up," the announcement read.
In addition to the cash prizes, the top three poets will perform at the alongside some of the best Spoken Word Poets in Nigeria in next edition of WORD UP in 2015.
The winners' poems will be also "recorded and compiled as downloadable caller tunez."
Chief Executive Officer of i2X Media, Olumide Olugbile Holloway, told Student Pulse that the main purpose of competition is the discovering and grooming of talented Spoken Word Poets in Nigeria and Africa.
It will be recalled that the third edition, held on Sunday the 22nd of June, 1014, was won by Graciano Gracious Enwerem who walked away with the N100,000 first prize.
