Results for the May/June 2015 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) have been released.

The Head of the National Office of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Charles Eguridu, announced the results at a press conference on Monday.

Candidates can now check their results on the WAEC website.

Here are 7 steps to do it right:

According to the results, about 61.32% of the 1,593,442 failed to pass English, Mathematics, two subjects compulsory for admission into tertiary institutions.

Only 616,370 candidates (38.68 per cent) got five credits including Mathematics and English.

The examination body withheld the results of 118,101 candidates.
