The institution did not state reasons why the exercise was postponed but Dr Taiwo Ipaye, the institution’s Registrar and Secretary to Council says that a new date for the screening would be announced later on the university’s website.

In a statement released on Tuesday, September 12, the Registrar urged candidates seeking admission into the institution to regularly visit the school's website.

“Candidates and the public are requested to visit the institution’s website regularly for information on the new dates.

“However, this postponement does not affect the ongoing application for the post-UTME screening which closes officially on Sept. 15,’’

Recalled that Federal Government banned higher institutions across the country from organizing post UTME under the pretext that it was designed to exploit admission seekers.

However, the same Federal Government revoked its decision and ordered universities and polytechnics to conduct post UTME exams for the candidates.
