President Muhammadu Buhari has charged tertiary institutions in the country to help his government fight corruption by introducing moral and leadership courses for students.
Buhari, who was represented by the Executive Secretary of National Universities Commission (NUC) Professor Julius Okojie, made the call on Saturday at the combined 27th and 28th convocation of the University of Jos (UNIJOS).
He enjoined the institutions to join his administration's efforts in the fight against corruption and help inculcate virtues in youths
According to him, this will perfect governance structures all levels.
The President also urged Vice Chancellors of private universities and proprietors of all tertiary institutions to ensure high standard of learning in line with his government's policies.
He also lauded the UNIJOS management.
